When it comes to catering, coffee and tea can be provided at dedicated breaks, and catering in buffet style can be requested from the sole catering provider of ECSAT. The catering service is sure to meet the expectations of attendees.

We specialize in designing and arranging exhibition spaces for events. Our team is skilled at organizing the setup and layout of these areas, ensuring that the event flows smoothly and visitors can easily navigate the exhibit.

Sustainability

To meet the requirements set by ESA’s Green Agenda and sustainable approaches, the Conference Centre has been designed and constructed in line with the BREEAM requirements, achieving an ‘Excellent’ rating. This ensures that the building will work efficiently in terms of energy use, reducing waste, and generates some of its own energy through the use of Photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. Since having obtained the ISO 20121, we can organise your event and certify its sustainability. This implies carefully planning all operations so to reduce the event’s impact on the surrounding community, choosing suppliers that act sustainably.
