Types of events

The determination of an event type is based on the anticipated number of participants. Below is a quick guide to the types of events as per the current contract Olly Services holds with ESA for the ESA Conference Bureau.

Type 1:

ESA Business Meetings

These types of events are mainly meetings or very small workshop with up to 60 participants.

Type 2:

Small Events

These events are usually meetings or conferences from 60 to 100 participants.

Type 3:

Large Events

These events are usually conferences up to 250 participants from several countries within and beyond Europe.

Type 4:

Extra Large Events

These are large-size events, with an audience that can reach 300 participants.

Type 5:

Special Events

All events that don't fall in the categories mentioned above and that include special services.
